Shopping list (per batch)

Note: I am looking for a new supplier to hyperlink or may order in bulk and sell as a kit. However, in the interim - DO NOT USE SYRINGE SUPPLIES!! I can not urge you enough. People are losing money by this formerly good company that has gone bad.

 

(Note: these can all be reused with sterilization).

• (1) 1 cc Oral dosing syringe (for dosing)
• (1) 5 cc Oral dosing syringe (to draw out glycerin)
• (1) Plastic Extension Adapters for Oral Syringes.
• (2) 10 cc syringe with fat needle (one for drawing out 10 cc or more Bacteriostatic Water, and  one to draw out vodka - this one can be also reused for transferring containers)
• (1) 20 CC (or larger) amber bottle with removable top  for storing solution in fridge.
• Several alcohol prep pads .
• (1) 20 cc bottle with removable rubber stopper for mixing (Note: this can be reused with sterilization)(1 cc is the same as 1 ml). (Tip: if you are getting the hCG that is in a rubber stopper bottle, you don't need this bottle)
• (1) 30 cc vial of sterile or Bacteriostatic Water (good for 3 courses).
• food grade" glycerin (Google Product Search). (Tip: this will make plenty of batches at 4 cc per 40 day batch).

   

• (1) 10,000 IU --OR-- (2) 5000 IU vials hCG  from (reliablerxpharmacy.com) per 40 day course ((10,000 IU gets you 40 days of sublingual mix - 125 IU morning and night). You can also get hCG from (pharmacyescrow.com - formerly drugdelivery.ca), but it is more expensive. Be forewarned that neither take Mastercard. Both take VISA though and pharmacyescrow takes some others.

If you are a lady, figure out your weight loss at 1/2 lb per day to get to your goal weight, guys at 1 lb per day.

For instance, I weighed 256. I wanted to get to 175 lbs. That's 81 lbs. If I lose 1 lb per day that is 81 (lbs) X 250 IU (per day) = 20,250 IU total. I should get 25,000 IU to do the whole weight loss)).

• You will also need to visit your local liquor store and pick up triple distilled, 100 proof Vodka (your local liquor store). (costs about $30 maybe?? I forget). Get as small a bottle as you can.

Here is my refined "recipe" and step by step process

 

Sublingual 40 day recipe (this is not marketable due to a copyright on Releana).

Note: You do not get temporary immunity with this recipe of oral hCG, so no skip days and no resting between courses. Just keep going and going until you get where you want to be.

 

Here are the simple instructions:

 

Simple: for a 40 day supply, put 10,000 IU hCG  in 10 cc Sterile or Bacteriostatic Water, then add 6 cc of vodka and 4 cc of food grade glycerin. Shake before taking and take 0.25 CC morning and night.

Here are the more detailed instruction:

 

 

1) You will need a total of 10,000 IU of hCG for this part. If you have the sealed vial type hCG, snap top off hCG bottle, while holding bottle in clean napkin (keeps you from getting cut), and hold upside down so any chards of glass fall away from hCG (Tip: do it over a dish to collect any glass and discards). If you have the rubber-stopper-type hCG bottle just go to next step.

 

2) Wipe off the top of the sterile water/bacteriostatic water bottle with an alcohol wipe, then withdraw exactly 10 cc of Bacteriostatic water  using a syringe with a needle. (1 cc is the same as 1 ml). (Tip: a fat needle is easier than a small diabetic type needle).

 

3) Put a couple cc in each vial of hCG (10,000 IU total) to reconstitute the hCG (it comes as a powder - freeze dried).

 

4) Draw the hCG back into the syringe and then squirt the 10 cc of water/hCG mix into the 20 cc mixing bottle with rubber stopper (Tip: you only really need a mixing bottle if you got the .
 

5) With a clean needle on your syringe, draw 6 cc Vodka (100 proof) out of the Vodka bottle and squirt into the mixing bottle.

 

6) With a 5 cc blunt tipped dosing syringe, draw out 4 cc "food grade" glycerin, and squirt into the mixing bottle.

 

7) Cap the mixing bottle and shake up the solution to thoroughly mix it.

 

8) If you used the type of hCG where you had to break off the top of the vial, you will filter using a needle by drawing out of mixing bottle and putting into storage bottle. Using a needle syringe (reuse the one used to draw out the vodka), withdraw the solution from the mixing bottle, and squirt it into the amber dropper bottle for storage in the fridge (Amber helps the mixture keep in the fridge, the needle syringe filters out any remaining glass).

 

You now have 20 cc total for your mixed solution. 3 drops with your dosing dropper s/b .25 cc (125 IU). You can also use a dosing syringe that is in the shopping list.

 

 

Taking the hCG

 

• You will be taking two doses; one in the morning first thing, and then one approximately 12 hours later.

  • When taking the sublingual mix, it is best for absorption to wait 10 minutes after eating or drinking before taking it, and then once you take it wait another 10 minutes before eating or drinking.

• Hold the mixture under your tongue about 5 minutes before swallowing to make sure it has all absorbed.
